Rockies Properties

The Company’s Rockies assets consist of extensive positions in the D-J Basin (spanning Northern Colorado and Wyoming) and the Powder River Basin in Wyoming. The portfolio consists of over 300,000 net acres (>90% in Wyoming) with attractive stacked pay potential. The D-J and Powder River Basins resource plays have high oil content, low development costs, and high well-level returns.

The Wyoming D-J position and Colorado D-J position (~110,000 net acres combined) are actively enhanced through organic leasing, pooling, acreage swaps, bolt-ons, and gaining operatorship in units, with ~76% of the acreage in the basin held by production (HBP). Primary targets include the Niobrara A, B, and C, and Codell formations.

The Powder River Basin position (~204,000 net acres) has multiple years of term on an overwhelming majority of the acreage. Stacked pay will provide ample running room for development in the years to come. Primary targets include the Parkman, Sussex, Shannon, Niobrara, Turner, Mowry, and Muddy formations. The expansive position provides ample opportunity for an all of the above approach to maximizing value through operated, non-operated, and A&D opportunities.
