The Company’s Rockies properties are located in the Wattenberg core and extension area in the Denver-Julesberg Basin (D-J Basin) in Colorado and Wyoming, and in the Powder River Basin in southeastern Wyoming, and consists of approximately 328,000 net acres. The acreage is offset to prolific production performance.
